Effective date: 【2026.9.17】 Website: t50summit.com (the “Website“) Operator: Beijing CCM Media Co., Ltd. (北京西西艾姆传媒有限公司) (“we“, “us“)

1. Purpose and Scope

1.1 This Policy explains how registration for the summits, forums, exhibitions and offline events we organise (each an “Event“) becomes effective, how fees are paid, and when you may obtain a refund, defer your registration or substitute an attendee.

1.2 This Policy forms part of the User Agreement. The refund standards set out here are no less favourable than those required by applicable mandatory law. Where the law gives you a right that is more favourable, that right prevails, and nothing in this Policy waives or limits it.

1.3 This Policy applies to individuals and organisations registering as attendees. It does not apply to: (a) sponsors, exhibitors, speakers, media and badge holders, who are governed by their respective agreements or invitations; (b) flights, accommodation, visas and personal travel arrangements, which are matters between you and the relevant provider; or (c) the actual delivery of on-site benefits provided by third parties.

1.4 The nature and expiry rules of attendee benefits (such as discounted or complimentary access, hospitality, materials and side events) are governed by Article 8.10 of the User Agreement.

2. Registration and Confirmation

2.1 Registration becomes effective only upon our written (including e-mail) confirmation. Places are allocated in order of confirmation; we may close registration once venue capacity is reached.

2.2 We may decline or cancel a registration on the basis of eligibility, safety considerations or the positioning of the Event. In that case we will refund all fees paid in full.

2.3 Registration details must be true, accurate and complete. Where identity-verification or safety requirements applicable in the Event jurisdiction so require, we may ask you to provide your name, identity document number and similar necessary details, which are processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

2.4 Each confirmation is valid for the named attendee only. Admission may not be taken by another person unless a substitution is made under Clause 5.1.

3. Fees and Payment

3.1 Fees and what they include (for example conference materials, catering and site visits) are as shown on the registration page. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes. Taxes that must be itemised by law are shown at checkout.

3.2 Payment methods are those offered at checkout. If you pay through a third-party payment platform, that platform’s own terms also apply to you.

3.3 Chargeable services are one-off charges. We do not operate auto-renewal, auto-extension or recurring billing (see Article 8.9 of the User Agreement).

3.4 Invoices and receipts: you may request one at registration or within 【30】 days after the Event. Refunded registrations will not be invoiced; where an invoice has already been issued, it must be returned before the refund can be processed.

4. Refund Standards (core clause)

4.1 The refund percentage is calculated by reference to the interval between the date we receive your written refund request and the start date of the Event:

Time of request (before the Event starts)RefundNotes
30 days or more100%No handling fee
15–29 days【70%】Reflecting venue, catering and preparation costs already incurred
7–14 days【50%】As above
Less than 7 days【0%】You may instead request a free substitution or a credit (see Clause 5)
On or after the Event date; non-attendance0%—

4.2 How to request: e-mail info@t50summit.com (with corrections@t50summit.com as an alternative), or reply directly to your confirmation e-mail, quoting your registration reference and payment receipt.

4.3 No unreasonable obstacles: we will not restrict your refund rights by requiring a telephone call only, a particular on-site page, or approval through multiple layers. Any request received through any advertised channel is valid, and we will acknowledge receipt within 【3】 business days.

4.4 Cancellation by us: if we cancel an Event, we will refund all fees paid in full. If we reschedule an Event or change its host city, you may choose between a full refund and keeping your place (see Clause 7).

4.5 Statutory rights of withdrawal. If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that grants a statutory right to withdraw from or cancel the contract — for example the seven-day right under the Saudi E-Commerce Law in respect of services not yet performed — you may exercise that right in accordance with that law. Where such a statutory right applies, it prevails over the table in Clause 4.1 to the extent of any inconsistency.

5. Substitutions, Deferral and Credit

5.1 Substitution: up to 【7】 days (inclusive) before the Event starts, you may substitute the attendee once, free of charge. The substitute must provide the details necessary to meet identity-verification and safety requirements.

5.2 Deferral: if you cannot attend for personal reasons, you may request to defer once to an Event of equivalent level within the same calendar year, at no additional charge, up to 【7】 days (inclusive) before the Event starts.

5.3 Credit: where a request is made less than 【7】 days before the Event and neither substitution nor deferral is available, you may request that the amount paid be credited in full 【100%】 towards the next edition, valid for 【12】 months. Credits have no cash value and may not be transferred.

5.4 Each of Clauses 5.1–5.3 may be used once per registration.

6. Force Majeure and Objective Obstacles

6.1 Where force majeure (natural disaster, public health emergency, government measures, war, strike, transport disruption and the like) prevents an Event from taking place or from taking place as planned, we will notify you within a reasonable period and you may choose either: (a) a full refund; or (b) a free deferral to the next edition. No handling fee is charged in these circumstances.

6.2 Visa or entry obstacles: if a visa refusal or entry restriction prevents you from attending, you may, on production of written confirmation from an embassy, consulate, immigration authority or other official body, request within 【30】 days after the Event either a full refund or a free deferral once (at your election).

6.3 Personal reasons: where you cannot attend because of changed travel plans, competing commitments or a flight you have cancelled yourself (other than in the circumstances in Clause 6.1), Clause 4 applies.

7. Changes to Events and On-site Management

7.1 We may adjust the timing, venue, programme or speakers of an Event for venue, safety, governmental or force majeure reasons. Changes to the programme or speakers are not a material change and do not by themselves trigger a refund; where the Event as a whole is rescheduled or moved to another city, Clause 4.4 applies.

7.2 If you are asked to leave because you have breached the conduct rules in the User Agreement (disrupting the Event, infringing the rights of others, violating the law of the Event jurisdiction or similar), no refund will be given.

8. Method and Timing of Refunds

8.1 Refunds are made to the original payment method. Where payment was made by cross-border or foreign-currency means, the refund is made in the original currency; differences arising from payment-platform settlement rules or exchange-rate movements are not separately adjusted. If the original channel is unavailable, we will agree an alternative with you.

8.2 Timing: once the request and supporting documents are complete, we will initiate the refund within 【15】 business days. Receipt depends on the processing cycles of the payment platform or bank; cross-border refunds typically take 【5–30】 business days.

8.3 If any handling fee or other deduction applies, we will set out the amount and the basis of calculation in writing before the refund is made.

9. Complaints and Disputes

9.1 If you disagree with how a refund has been handled, e-mail corrections@t50summit.com and we will respond within 【15】 business days.

9.2 You may also pursue any other remedy available under the User Agreement. Nothing in this Policy prevents you from lodging a complaint with, or bringing a claim before, a competent consumer-protection authority or court in your jurisdiction — including, without limitation, the Ministry of Commerce (including through the Balagh platform) in Saudi Arabia, and BPSK or YLKI in Indonesia.

10. Changes and Language Versions

10.1 We may amend this Policy. Where an amendment affects refund standards, we will announce it on the Website at least 【15】 days before it takes effect. Amendments apply only to registrations made after they take effect and are not applied retrospectively — except where the amendment is more favourable to you.

10.2 This Policy is published in English, which is the governing version as between us, subject to Clause 10.3.

10.3 Where the law of your jurisdiction requires essential consumer information to be provided in a local language (for example Arabic in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, or Bahasa Indonesia in Indonesia), we will make the required local-language version available, and to the extent that law so requires, that version prevails.
