JAKARTA, September 21, 2026 — T50 Summit Indonesia Forum 2026 opened today at Shangri-La Hotel Jakarta, Indonesia.

T50 Summit Indonesia Forum is the second event held in Jakarta, organized by the Organizing Committee of T50 Summit of World Construction Machinery Industry (the “T50 Summit”).
Founded in 2011, T50 Summit has become a globally influential event for the construction and mining industries. At T50 Summit events, annual rankings—including the World Top 50 Construction Machinery Manufacturers and the World Top 50 Mining Machinery Manufacturers, together with the listings of Asian leading equipment rental and heavy-lift companies—are released, alongside market reports, industry trends and insights shared under one roof.
2026 World Top 50 Mining Machinery Manufacturers ranking was released at T50 Summit Indonesia Forum 2026 in Jakarta, Indonesia—one of the fastest-growing markets for mining, energy and infrastructure.

Ranked by mining, quarry and materials processing-related revenue, the world’s 50 largest mining machinery manufacturers posted a combined revenue of US$74.29 billion.
The 50 listed manufacturers come from 17 countries: 11 from the US, 10 from China, 5 from Germany, 4 from Japan, 3 from Sweden, 2 each from Austria, Canada, Finland, India and the UK, and 1 each from Australia, Belarus, Belgium, Denmark, Poland, South Africa and South Korea.
Komatsu and Caterpillar continue to top the ranking, followed by Sandvik, Epiroc and Metso, listed as the global top 5 manufacturers. Hitachi Construction Machinery-LANDCROS, Volvo, FLSmidth, Weir Group and Liebherr are listed among the top 10. The top 10 manufacturers contributed US$57.72 billion, or 77.7% of the top 50’s total revenue.
Chinese manufacturers including XCMG, SANY and LGMG are listed among the top 20, while ZOOMLION, SHANTUI and FAMBITION are also featured among this year’s top 50 ranking.

XCMG XC9108-EV electric wheel loader, Komatsu HD785-7 rigid dump truck, SANY SY1650E electric mining excavator, LGMG AT40 articulated dump truck, Shantui SD34-C3 crawler bulldozer, Epiroc DM30 XC blasthole drill, FAMBITION FL185 underground scooptram loader and Potain MCR 825 tower crane are the winners of Indonesia Product of the Year 2026 Awards, in each of its respective product categories of construction and mining machinery.
“Market leadership, innovation, sustainability and customer value were the key criteria for the awards—and the competitive advantages shared by the winners,” the judging panel of T50 Summit Indonesia Forum commented.
The next T50 Summit Indonesia Forum will open in Jakarta in 2027. The event aims to provide the platform for construction and mining industry leaders to connect, network and share insights in the growth region. Entry for the next year’s rankings and product awards will open in the first quarter of 2027.
The Organizing Committee of T50 Summit also announces that T50 Summit will be inaugurated in Saudi Arabia, the Middle East, in May 2027.
